Irma Poiter: in my opinion, buzz thought he was real, and then later woody told him that he was a toy, "you are a childs living play thing"remember? and then after that, he finally learned that he was a toy. because he was in an arcade full of the stuffed aliens, and then he learned that he is an actual toy.

Christopher Calcano: If you don't think it matters then don't answer the question, Toy Story reflects life in many ways it does matter.

Jayson Brod: I don't think it was that he thought he was real as in human being real, because that would have just been ridiculous seeing at he was about half the size of a rule rand made of plastic. I think it was just that he didn't want to handle the reality of b! eing a mass produced toy as opposed to an actual space ranger.Plus, as far as I can remember (Haven't seen the movie in a while) I don't think there was any mention of him rejecting the fact that he was a toy but rather that he wasn't an actual space ranger and didn't fight against the evil forces of Emperor Zurg.I hope that made some sense....Show more

Houston Venezia: Ya'll are missing the point I don't think he thought he was human but he did think he was a real space ranger, but every time Andy was around he acted like a toy
