Vernon Martorana: Here are some sites I got from the book "Veganist" ! by Kathy Freston. Check to see if it's at your library. She doesn't have a lot of recipes, but she does have a lot of information that will help you move towards being vegan. It does have a 3 week list of meals that will give you a lot of ideas. And she says that you can begin slowly, but you keep going.http://www.vegweb.comhttp://www.vegancooking.comhttp://www.vegcooking.comhttp://www.chooseveg.com/vegan-recipes.asp...Show more

Jed Mutone: Try stir fry. Get a large skillet, if you don't have a wok. A little bit of oil, I like sunflower about a teaspoon. Let it get hot. Cut up your veggies. Almost any will work. Broccolli, onions, bok choy, celery, carrots etc. Pick two or three and toss them in, stir they will cook quickly. Add some sauce like soy or oyster (not really made from oysters), sweet and sour. Eat as is or ove! r rice.
