Is it legal in South Carolina in a restaurant to serve a non-alcoholic drink in an alcoholic drink glass?

Tyrone Disanti: Yes.

Randal Deyarmond: Good question. SC has some pretty backward alcoholic beverage laws. However, serving non-alcoholic beverages in glassware intended for say, beer, does not appear to be against the law.http://www.sctax.org/Tax+Information/abl/genInform...

Omar Phipps: of course it's legal.

Granville Stray: Sure. They're called "mocktails." I always used to get a Shirley Temple when I was little and I think it came in a highball glass. You can also drink root beer out of a beer mug if you're feeling dangerous.
