Jeannine Vassie: The best time to buy used cars is at the end/beggining of the year becuz the models come in and they wanna get rid of the old ones and also becuz people are spending more money on xmas gifts instead of purchasing carz. If you cant wait that long the other best times would be at the end of the month becuz dealers have a certain amount of cars they have to sell and theyre willing to give you a better deal in order to meet their goals.
