Felipa Nosis: well u can draw a design forwhatever example a skirt . draw the entire thing down to every detail and go to a store ar boutique and ask them to sew it for u. in pakistan there are people specifically suited for sewing i bet there has to be some pro sewers somewhere where u live. or ur next best bet is learn how to sew and practice on old clothes. hope that helps!

Lino Cawthorne: I'm a freelance fashion designer and there are no site! s that teach you to design your own clothes because it is a multi-faceted task - design, patternmaking and construction (sewing) There are sites that address each of these, although less on design than anything else. Check out the book FASHION DESIGN DRAWING COURSE by Carolyn Tatham.
