Esmeralda Pigram: you should ask this in the Garden & Landscape catagory instead of home maintenance and repair. but i'll do you a favor and answer it anyway. Treat them nice, make them feel important, and they'll love you long time.
Adrian Sherlin: You can pour some charcoal starter on the nest & burn them out. I'm not sure about the tree's survival. Keep an eye on it & hopefully, it'll be okay.
