Codi Manchel: You ask teh people who are experienced in teh field you are looking for or a teacher and ask them if they are willing to write such a letter for you. Sometimes teh company or college wants to receive the letter directlyf rom teh reference. At other times you can submit teh letter yourself.
Leann Villalta: Not sure if this reference letter is for a job or scholarship? Either way you can just ask someone. Just make sure that person knows you on a personal or professional level. Give them a time frame as to when you need it by and explain to them what it is for so, that they can personalized the letter. You can also just write your own and then have that person sign it. This works too.
