Jed Porada: What part of the environment is dirty? My water, air, and soil are clean. The wildlife is clean. My food is clean. We recycle pretty much everything. What do you see that needs improvement?
Maria Bengston: Youth of today can help keep the environment clean, first, by being educated on their environment to include environmental pollution, how what they do effects the environment, and they need to know that they can change things with their actions, no matter how small. Education about their environment is key. Bibi Tyron: Why do we have to teach them how to keep the environment clean? That's what annoys other people who do. Parents should be teaching kids to pick up their toys when they are done playing with them. When they cook a meal for themselves, t! hey need to put everything back where it came from and rinse off their dishes. It's the same with the environment. Don't be leaving your trash on the ground or wherever you want to throw it other than a garbage can. It starts with parents. If they don't, then it's up to society to help them along. There's nothing wrong with being stern with someone when they are abusing the environment. If they get smart or indignant, there's no shame in turning them in....Show more
